At Leaseboys, we recognize and respect the importance of maintaining the privacy of our clients and have established this privacy policy as a result.
Security
Your personal financial information is not handled directly by Leaseboys Ltd. All financial transactions are handled via VeriSign’s payment processing services from Soltrus Inc. Leaseboys does not store or use your financial information in any way, other than to secure payment for registration. We will never share your financial information with any other party. Passwords
If you forget your password, please contact us at support@leaseboys.com. You will be asked for verification, after which your password will be e-mailed to you. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone and always remember to sign out of your account and close your browser window when you have finished on the site. This is to protect against others accessing your personal information and correspondence if you share a computer with someone else, or are using a computer in a public place.

Leaseboys is committed to preserving both your confidentiality and the security of your personal information. Our Privacy Policy describes how and why we collect information about you.
Who is this Policy for?
Leaseboys adopted this Privacy Policy in order to address the concerns of individuals using of our website to purchase or sell a lease. This Privacy Policy applies to the personal information of all individuals and organizations that use our services.

On our website’s lease seller’s registration page, you can specify the information to be displayed on listed vehicles. However, you must provide at least one piece of contact information to allow potential lease buyers to contact you.

- service related information concerning the services that we provide to you;
- credit and financial information such as your payment method and preferences,
and billing and credit history;

agreements, preferences, and advisors; and

services and information requested or provided by or from you.
What about cookies?
“Cookies” are files stored on your computer that give you a numeric user ID and store information about your activity on a website. We use cookies to enable us to know that you are a prior customer and to provide certain features to you, for example to store information on the lease listings you are interested in. We do not store any personal information or financial information about you through our use of cookies.
Why do we collect personal information?

This allows us to provide services that meet your needs, and make your lease transfer experience simple and easy. This information enables us to manage and develop our business and operations, maintain our relationship with you, and facilitate the transfer process for you. We also want to be able to evaluate our services so that we may better understand your requirements and expectations of us.

Leaseboys may revise this policy in accordance with changes in our legal or regulatory

(www.leaseboys.com), and we encourage you to refer to it from time to time.
Interpretation of this Policy and Canada’s Privacy laws
This Privacy Policy includes examples but is not to be restricted in its application to such examples. Where the word ‘including’ is used, it means ‘including without limitation’. This Privacy Policy does not create or confer upon any individual any rights, or impose upon Leaseboys Ltd. or obligations outside of, or in addition to, any rights or obligations imposed by Canada’s federal and provincial privacy laws. Should there ever be any discrepancy between our Privacy Policy and Canada’s federal and provincial privacy laws, this policy shall be interpreted to comply with such privacy laws.
